In every other round, the SHL rounds have been incomplete this season, due to corona falls in the clubs, which has caused matches to be postponed.
It has now made the SHL extend the basic series by two weeks, to be able to catch up with the moved matches.

Thanks to flexibility and good internal cooperation, we now have a good plan for the implementation of the basic series 2020/2021, says Johan Hemlin, sports director and vice president SHL, in a press release.
Now the plan is to play the last round of the regular season on March 25, although the league in the press release emphasizes that all dates are preliminary.
