After being helped by the Swedish teammates, and above all Linn Svahn, Ebba Andersson got a small lead at the start of the final climb in the Tour de Ski.

The 23-year-old took advantage of this when she snatched her first World Cup victory in her career after 19 previous podium places.

The interest in the competition was record high in the Winter Studio.

1,697,000 viewers watched the entire race, which is the highest number in a World Cup context during the program's 14-year history.

Only the Vasaloppet, the WC in Falun 2015, the WC in Åre 2019 and the Winter Olympics 2010 will hit that figure.

The range, which also includes those who only saw part of the race, was 1,964,000 viewers.

The subsequent biathlon competition where Hanna Öberg and Sebastian Samuelsson took second place in the singles mixed relay in the German Oberhof had sky-high viewing figures with 1,393,000 viewers who watched the entire competition.
