Zamalek rejects Al-Ain’s offer to join "Zizou"

The Al Ain Club commissioner to complete the deal for Zamalek club player, Mohamed Al Sayed, famous for "Zizou", Nader Shawky, revealed that Al Ain had raised his offer to join the player in his ranks during the winter transfer period to 2.5 million euros.

"Al-Ain initially offered two million euros to join Zizou," Shawky said in statements to "On Sport", then raised his offer to 2.5 million euros, and both times the offer was rejected by Zamalek club officials.

He added: "Al-Ain has not closed the door until now to complete the deal that he deems appropriate to serve the club's plans this season, especially after the remarkable brilliance of the player with his club, whether in the local tournaments or the African Champions League."

He said: "From my point of view, I see that Al Ain’s financial offer is good. Zamalek has contracted with the player for only $ 100,000, and he has only one year in his contract, as he is entitled to sign for any other club at such a time next year."

Nader Shawky praised the professional way in which Al Ain club manages the football team, pointing out that he had previously succeeded in presenting the current Al-Ahly player, Hussein Al-Shahat, in a good way that made him join the Egyptian national team, and Al-Ahly requests his services with a large financial number that was not disclosed.

It is noteworthy that the Zamalek club received many Arab and European offers to include a number of its players, most notably the striker Mustafa Muhammad, who is wanted in the French club Saint Tien, and Mahmoud Hamdi Al-Wensh, who Al-Ahly of Saudi Arabia expressed his interest in contracting with him, and Tunisian Ferjani Sassi, who refused the Qatari offer to contract with him. .
