The site said that, according to what was revealed by the Brazilian journalist specializing in football news Thiago Asmar, Messi assured Neymar that he would leave Barcelona and join him in Paris Saint-Germain next summer.
Asmar confirmed that he was informed of what happened between the players through "WhatsApp", and that he had made sure that Messi had become convinced of the Saint-Germain project, led by his compatriot coach Mauricio Pochettino.
This is supported by what Barcelona's presidential candidate Agusti Benedetto said to the "ESPN" channel, confirming that he is very pessimistic about Messi's future with Barcelona.
