Finally .. Manchester United sign Diallo after 3 months of waiting for the completion of "conditions"

Manchester United Football Club announced, on Thursday, that it had completed the transfer of young Ivorian winger Amad Diallo to its squad from Atalanta.

Diallo, 20, signed a contract that would keep him at Old Travoud until 2025 with an option to renew for an additional year.

The two clubs reached an agreement on the fifth of last October, but the deal required medical conditions, a work permit and personal conditions.

After completing these steps, an application has been submitted to obtain a visa, which will allow Diallo to travel to Manchester as soon as it becomes available.

Diallo participated in five matches with Atalanta's first team, during which he scored one goal.

United's Norwegian coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer revealed that Diallo had been on the club's radar for years.

"Manchester United has a proud history of developing young players and everything is ready to enable Amad to reach his potential here," he said in a statement on the club's website.

"He will need time to adapt, but his speed, vision and dribbling ability will put him in a good position to achieve this. He is a player with all the necessary qualities to be an important player for Manchester United in the coming years."

While Diallo expressed his happiness to join the Red Devils, saying that it is "a dream come true."

"I had time to prepare for this step, both physically and mentally, and I have worked really hard to be ready to take a step towards this great club."

"This is a really exciting team that includes many great players. I can promise you that I will work hard every day to learn from them and give everything to develop my level. The coaches have been great since the signing, we have communicated regularly and gave me a lot of great advice."
