Skuru otherwise took the grip directly in the beginning of the match and tore a 4-1 lead, a lead they held throughout the first half (13-12).

But for four minutes at the beginning of the second half, the guests turned the tables when they went from 12-14 to 16-14.

During the second half, Skara strengthened its lead and at best they were up in a three-goal lead, 24-21, with 12 minutes left in the match.

But Skuru came again and after 26.35 Wilma Schelin equalized to 24-24.

The rest of the match was a thriller.

Even at the end

Sofia Berndtsson made it 25-24 to Skara and when there were 55 seconds left, Cornelia Dahlström equalized to 25-25.

When the clock stood at 59.47, Melanie Felber got the chance to put 26-25 from the penalty line, which she also did.

Skuru's last chance came in the very last second when Hanna Cleve hit the post.

Series leader

Skuru still leads the Handball League while Skara temporarily climbs up to third place in a limping table.
