No surprise!
The National Rugby League announced on Tuesday afternoon the postponement of the match of the 14th day of Top 14 between Toulon and Bayonne, initially scheduled for Friday, due to cases of Covid-19 in the ranks of Rowing.
The Basque club has been affected by the British variant of Covid-19 since its Challenge Cup meeting against Leicester on December 19.
After Castres and Pau, it is the third Top 14 match in a row that is postponed for the Bayonnais.
The match between Section Paloise and Clermont could well take place.
In any case, the NRL has decided for the moment to simply postpone the meeting.
Scheduled for Saturday at 6.30 p.m., it should finally take place on Sunday at 4.40 p.m.
