Timrå consolidated its league lead in the Hockeyallsvenskan after taking revenge on Modo in Monday night's match in the NHC Arena.
After Modo's victory with 2-1 on Sunday, Timrå took control of the match with 2-0 after half the match when Viktor Lodin scored the home team's second goal.
However, Modo came back and reduced to 2-1 through Daniel Sylwander just barely a minute later.
But Modo never got closer.
With 55 seconds left, TimråsJacob Blomqvist shot 3-1 in an open Modo cage when Modo took out goalkeeper Anthony Peters.
Timrå star Jonathan Dahlén was pleased with the three-pointer.
- I think we did well.
It feels really nice to bounce back, and it was nice to get revenge right away.
They were a little extra disappointed after the match last Sunday where I think we had the upper hand in qualified goal chances, says Jonathan Dahlén to C More.
Timrå leads a limping Allsvenskan table with 12 points ahead of Björklöven and has an impressive 55 plus goals in goal difference (106-55).
