Marvik selects 27 players for the UAE national team camp in Dubai

Van Marwijk, the technical director of the UAE national football team, announced the White List for the indoor camp, which will be held in Dubai for the period from January 3 to 12, as part of the preparation program for the joint qualifying matches that qualify for the 2022 World Cup and the 2023 AFC Asian Cup Finals, which will start next March. The white will host the Malaysia national team on March 25th in the UAE and the Indonesia team will play outside their home country on the 30th of the same month, while Thailand and Vietnam will host the national team on June 7 and 15 in the UAE.

The list included 27 players: Khaled Issa, Ali Khasif, Fahd Al-Dhanhani, Adel Al Hosani, Bandar Al-Ahbabi, Muhammad Barghash, Salem Rashid, Khalifa Al Hammadi, Shaheen Abdul Rahman, Hassan Al-Mahrami, Walid Abbas, Mahmoud Khamis, Youssef Jaber, Majid Sorour, Majed Hassan Ali Salmeen, Abdullah Ramadan, Abdullah Al Naqbi, Khalil Al Hammadi, Fabio de Lima, Khalfan Mubarak, Tahnoun Al Zaabi, Ali Saleh, Caio Canedo, Ali Mabkhout, Specialian Tigali and Zayed Al Ameri.

A press release said: "The national team will start its gathering starting tomorrow, Sunday, to perform its daily training in the Al Wasl club's sub-stadium in preparation for the friendly international match against its Iraqi counterpart on January 12th."
