"Sometimes, when I'm sitting alone in my basement, I feel a little lost," says Dieter Wolf.

The 84-year-old admits: "Then I sometimes chew off a tear or two."

Like him it is in these times many older people who can hardly be physically active because of the lockdown.

Regular exercise is vital, especially for the elderly.

"We are threatened not only with economic insolvency, but also with movement insolvency," says Ute Blessing from the German Olympic Sports Confederation.
