The 100th Anniversary Tournament, which began on the 27th, will feature 63 schools, the largest number in history, 12 more than usual, and all games up to the final will be held unattended to reduce the risk of infection.



In addition, the locker room shower is not used, and various infection prevention measures are taken, such as the team leaving the venue within 35 minutes after the match.



On the 27th of the first day, the opening ceremony was not held as part of the measures, and the games started immediately at 10 am on the three grounds, and 15 games of the first round were held.



Of these, in the 4th game of the 3rd ground, Toin Gakuen in Kanagawa played against Meikei Gakuen in Ibaraki, and took 5 tries with a combined attack of Forward and Bucks, and the first match was 36-7. It broke through.



Kenji Sato, the captain of Toin Gakuen, said, "Because there were no spectators and no cheers, I was able to concentrate on the match. I want to win the championship in my grade."



The tournament will run from 27th to 7 days and the final will be on 9th next month.
