Zecira Musovic left Rosengård last week and joined the reigning English champions Chelsea.

Now the damallsvenska club takes in Stephanie Labbé as a replacement, goalkeeper in the Canadian national team.

"She is a skilled goalkeeper who will own her penalty area", says sports director Therese Sjögran to Rosengård's website.

Played for Piteå, Linköping and Örebro

Labbé has previously played for the Damallsvenska clubs Piteå, Linköping and Örebro.

Most recently, the Canadian comes from the North Carolina Courage in the American league.

“I am tagged on being part of Rosengård's journey next year where we aim high together.

I am very happy to be back in Sweden, it feels like I am coming home ", says Labbé to the club's website.

Labbé has made 70 international appearances for Canada, taken a World Cup bronze in 2016 and guarded the cage when Sweden beat Canada in the round of 16 in the World Cup 2018.
