Charlotte Kalla, who suffered from covid-19 in November, was back on the starting line for the first time since the beginning of March.
It was a heavy competition in Östersund.
She finished two minutes and 15 seconds behind Ebba Andersson who won the skate race over 15 kilometers.
It is unclear whether Kalla will run the Tour de Ski, which starts on January 1, 2021.
According to national team captain Anders Byström, Kalla's development is on the right track.
But SVT expert Mathias Fredriksson does not think it is right to send Kalla to the tour.
