The annual expenditure of the Chinese Super League club shall not exceed 600 million yuan, including youth training expenses and women's football expenses.

  The New Deal of the Football Association stipulates that the annual salary of domestic players in the first team of the Chinese Super League does not exceed 5 million yuan before tax, the average annual salary does not exceed 3 million yuan before tax, and the annual salary of foreign aid does not exceed 3 million euros before tax.

  If the total expenditure of the club in a single fiscal year exceeds the limit of 20% or less, 6 league points will be deducted; for those exceeding the limit of 20% but not more than 40%, 12 league points will be deducted; and so on.

The maximum deduction for league points does not exceed 24 points and will be implemented in the season of the year the review report is issued.

  If a club signs "yin and yang contracts" with players by resorting to fraud, deliberate concealment, or payment of remuneration in violation of regulations, once it is found out, the club will be deprived of the game results of the current season and will be relegated to a lower league in the next year; the players involved will be suspended. Penalty of 24 months.

  The New Deal has made more detailed definitions and requirements for players' salaries. It stipulates that players should declare to the Football Association every time they receive cash or items worth more than 10,000 yuan outside the contract.

If a player wants to sign a contract with a third party outside the club that has economic value, it should be reviewed by the Football Association first, otherwise it must be included in the total salary.

  In addition, there are also formal regulations on the issue of the name change of the Chinese Super League club that has received much attention before.

According to requirements, domestic football clubs must not contain the name, trade name, or brand name of any shareholder, shareholder-related party, or actual controller of the club.

  The new club name should be healthy and civilized, reflecting the characteristics of regional traditional culture, humanistic spirit, and club philosophy.

This means that the names of Beijing Guoan, Shandong Luneng and Guangzhou Evergrande will be changed.
