The 17-year-old Gu Ailing is the champion of the freestyle skiing World Cup and the champion of the Winter Youth Olympic Games.

　　In June 2019, Gu Ailing, who was originally a Chinese-American, announced her conversion to Chinese nationality.

Since then, she has won many good results in the competition.

On February 14, 2020 local time, in the 2019-20 season freestyle skiing World Cup Calgary, Gu Ailing won the U-shaped venue championship with 94.00 points.

　　Two days later, she won again in the slope obstacle skills competition.

With this gold medal, Gu Ailing created the history of the FIS World Cup-winning two gold medals in one World Cup.
