"On December 6, Åtvidaberg submitted a protest report and stated that Västra Frölunda has used the player Anton Delwér in the current match.

The player was on two warnings before the match and according to current regulations would have been suspended ", writes the Disciplinary Committee in its decision.

Åtvidaberg had overtaken his own player Josh Bragg due to too many warnings after being told by the Football Association that he was not allowed to participate.

Frölunda used Delwér which should have been suspended and now the club is being washed and is losing its place in Ettan.

"If an unauthorized player has participated for an association in a match that is part of a competition that is played according to the knockout method, the missing association shall be excluded from the competition", it is stated in the judgment.

When the team played, Frölunda won at home with 2-0 but lost away with 3-1, which gave Frölunda the place in Ettan, a place that has now gone to Åtvidaberg.
