Pitcher Yasuhiro Ogawa, who achieved a no-hitter no-run in professional baseball and Yakult this season, has announced that he will exercise the rights of FA = free agent only in Japan.

In June, 30-year-old pitcher Ogawa acquired the rights of FA only in Japan, and the team has been negotiating by presenting a multi-year contract for remaining.



And on the 4th of the last day of the FA declaration period, Pitcher Ogawa informed the team that he would exercise his FA rights.



Pitcher Ogawa commented through the baseball team, "I want to be convinced whether or not I will remain and connect it to my baseball life from next year onward. It is one of my assets to worry about playing baseball to the fullest."



Yakult has allowed the FA to remain after exercising its rights and plans to continue negotiations.



Ogawa joined Yakult in 2013 in 2nd place in the draft, and threw in from a dynamic form that raises his left foot high, winning 16 wins in the first year with a powerful straight and sharp changing ball, and with the rookie king. It won the most wins.



In the third year, he won a double-digit victory, and in the eighth year of this season, he achieved the 82nd no-hitter no-run in the history of professional baseball against DeNA in August. I won 10 wins.
