Mikael Hill is forced to quit as the national team captain for the men's floorball team. The Swedish Floorball Association's board has decided not to extend the contract for Hill, who took office at the beginning of 2017.
It was thus only a World Cup tournament for Hill, when Sweden fell in the final against Finland 2018.
He should have led Sweden also in this year's WC but it was postponed due to the corona pandemic.
No replacement is ready for Hill, who is already stepping back despite the contract extending to February.
