The Norwegian public service company NRK reports tonight that a Russian Nordic skier was allowed to move freely around the ski stadium in Ruka for two days before it turned out that he was covid-19 infected.

He first tested negative on departure from Russia and then took a voluntary coronation test on arrival in Helsinki.

Once he arrived at Ruka, he took a quick test, which showed negative.

But two days later, the test result came from Helsinki, which showed that he was infected with covid-19.

Then he and two Russian leaders were put in the canteen.

"May I have a thought"

When the Norwegian megastar Johannes Hösflot Kläbo, who won this weekend's minitour, hears about the event, he admits that it is one thing that can make him drop out of upcoming competitions.

- That's absolutely it.

So I have to think for a couple of days when I get home and think about what I should do, he tells NRK, and later tells how he thinks before next week's competitions in Davos:

- There is no doubt that it is tempting to ski in Davos, but we must look at what possible solutions there are to get there.

Either we have to go very early and almost think about taking a car, otherwise we will see if there are any other solutions.
