Injury carvajal away from Real Madrid and Alaves

Defending champion Real Madrid will miss the services of his back, Dani Carvajal, in his match tomorrow, Saturday, against Deportivo Alaves, in the 11th stage of the Spanish Football League, due to a muscle injury in the right thigh, according to what the royal club announced on the eve of the meeting.

Real said in a statement: "He was diagnosed with an injury at the level of the right adductor muscle," without specifying how long he needs to recover, saying only that he will wait for his condition to develop.

In his press conference on the eve of the meeting, Real's French coach Zinedine Zidane refused to specify any time period for Carvajal's return to the team, saying, "Until when (he will be absent), I don't know. I am not a doctor and all I can say is that he is injured."

Carvajal joined a long list of injured in the ranks of the royal club, which includes French striker Karim Benzema, captain Sergio Ramos, Uruguayan Federico Valverde, in addition to the Serbian Luka Jovic, who is in quarantine due to his infection with the new Corona virus.

Despite these injuries, Real managed on Wednesday to return from the Italian stadium, Inter Milan, with three points, by beating it 2-0 thanks to a goal by the Belgian Eden Hazar, who recently recovered from the "Covid-19" virus.

Real will enter a match tomorrow, Saturday, at home, against the backdrop of a bitter defeat against Valencia 1-4, then a 1-1 draw with Villarreal in the past two rounds, which made them trail in fourth place from leaders Real Sociedad by 6 points, but with a postponed match in his pocket.
