HV71's Lias Andersson was suspended for five matches after a head tackle on Luleå's Jonas Berglund in early October.

He has been back on the ice for a month, but neither he nor HV71 has praised the market in the SHL, at least not according to Lias Andersson himself.

- I guess that's everything that should be raised really.

After the suspension, I do not think I have reached the level and there is clearly more to pick up, says Lias Andersson in C More's broadcast.

In the middle of the 2019/2020 season, Lias Andersson left games in the NHL and New York to take a time out from ice hockey and described the life situation as "bad habits" with, among other things, the use of sleeping pills.

This summer he chose to refuse to return to Rangers and recently he was transferred to the Los Angeles Kings.

But no matter what law he belongs to in terms of rights on the other side of the Atlantic, he still does not seem to be where he wants to be mentally.

- Some matches I can sit after two periods and ask what the hell am I doing?

I can be out floating somewhere else and sit and think about things that do not belong in the sport of hockey at all.

- It's something I work with every day.

There is no excuse but I have to get better at shutting it out completely.

Lost on penalties against Linköping

In the meeting against Linköping, the forward contributed with the reduction to 1-2 when he thumped to a shot.

- Today I still think that I have been connected as I want and then it's horse roads better than it is otherwise.

The goal would probably be important for HV71 to be able to pinch a point but no more as Linköping was the stronger team after a penalty shootout.
