Al-Ahly youth midfielder Saeed Ahmed led his team to qualify for the quarter-finals of the Arab Gulf Cup soccer competition after scoring two goals out of three goals against Al Dhafra yesterday, in the second leg of the first round of the competition, so that the team booked the boarding pass after winning 4- 1 in aggregate.

Shabab Al-Ahly and Khorfakkan, Al-Ittihad Kalba, Baniyas and Fujairah joined Sharjah and Al-Nasr, who had already qualified as champions of the Arab Gulf League and the Arabian Gulf Cup, respectively, in accordance with the competition regulations in their new form this season.

To his colleague Saeed Ahmed, and after that the match continued between the two teams until the referee blew the final whistle by qualifying Shabab Al-Ahly.
