HV71 has not played a match since they met Växjö last October.

Both this week's planned matches have been canceled and it is unclear whether the team will be able to face Malmö on away ice next Thursday.

"Do not know when we can have joint training again"

A status update on the club's website confirms that all players and leaders around the association's a-team have been tested and that twelve people turned out to be infected with covid-19.

- We have tested all players and leaders around the men's team and found 12 that tested positive for Covid-19.

At present, we do not know when joint training will be taken up again, but one hope is that we will be able to do something next week, says physiotherapist Andreas Forsmark to the club's website.

On Tuesday, HV71 would meet Brynäs on away ice, it has been given a new playing date on 17 December.

Thursday's meeting with Luleå at home, which did not happen either, is now planned to be played on 24 November.
