On Saturday, the European Championship qualifier between Sweden and Israel awaits Crete.

A match where four leading players are expected to shine in their absence: WNBA player Amanda Zahui, Regan Magarity, Louice Halvarsson and Kalis Loyd.

A meeting with different conditions than last year, when Sweden defeated Israel away 77-40.

Of which half of the goals were scored by this particular quartet.

Zahui has tested positive for covid-19. Halvarsson and Magaritu have cold symptoms, but have both tested negative.

And Loyd, who worked in healthcare this spring, has declined due to the pandemic and the trip it would mean to get to Crete.

"Attacks and shots from outside"

- Those who are not with are big girls, but we will try to pick up the pace in the match, says Elin Eldebrink.

The sisters and the rest of the national team are gathered in Crete and recharging before Saturday's match, with tactics in mind

- It will be more guard-oriented and faster game with a lot of attacks and shots from outside, says Elin Eldebrink.
