The Russian national football team held another training session in preparation for the test match with Moldova and meetings with Turkey and Serbia within the League of Nations.

According to him, the players are tested every day, and so far not a single case of coronavirus infection has been identified.

The doctor emphasized that difficulties may arise in connection with away matches, but the team is closely monitoring the epidemiological situation in Moldova, Turkey and Serbia and is in touch with the local federations.

The national team will have three meetings in six days, but the medical headquarters does not see any problem in this, since such a schedule is familiar to many players.

“We are not inventing anything fundamentally new.

A number of measures already in place are being applied more intensively.

Probably, to a greater extent, everything depends on the discipline of the guys themselves.

We can explain what to do, but they need to follow the instructions themselves.

We focus on quality sleep, recovery immediately after training, and good nutrition.

As for the injured players, all of them undergo rehabilitation in accordance with the instructions of the club doctors.
