  • On the bench at kickoff for the first time in a month, Tino Kadewere (24) overthrew the Greens (2-1) with a decisive double on Sunday.

  • The beautiful story of the Lyon rookie, bereaved by the disappearance of his brother in August, takes on another dimension in view of a pre-match interview, in which he announced that he dreamed of… scoring two goals against ASSE .

  • "He deserves it, the man is appreciated by everyone," says Rudi Garcia about him, after a derby removed.

At Parc OL,

The derby has the power to allow attackers to suddenly change dimension in the eyes of their club supporters.

After Jimmy Briand, Alexander Soderlund, Moussa Dembélé or Robert Beric in the recent past, Tino Kadewere has been enjoying the full scope of goals scored against the historic rival since Sunday evening.

OL were led (0-1) and in bad shape when the Zimbabwean entered the game, like Thiago Mendes and Lucas Paqueta, just before the hour mark.

In a well-felt heel after a quickly combined free kick between Memphis Depay and Maxwel Cornet (1-1, 64th), the former top scorer in Ligue 2 in Le Havre has totally revived his team.

Better, nine minutes later, he managed to reverse this pleasant shock by tearing off, at the end of the race, to deceive Jessy Moulin in a tight angle, just after having deposited Harold Moukoudi (2-1, 73rd).

Mourning at the time of Final 8

"He seems a little lucky to me because I don't think he wants to do that", sighs Claude Puel after the meeting.

"A little surprised to be a replacement", after four tenure in a row, does the person feel that his astonishing and above all decisive center-tackle-point was indeed a voluntary shot?

"I did everything I could to score and allow my team to win," is happy to respond, most vaguely in the world, Tino Kadewere.

But the story of this double in the 121st derby in history, the first for a player entering during a match, is elsewhere.

Strongly marked by the death of his brother Prince (40 years old), four years after that of his father, and just before the Final 8 in which he did not take part in August, Tino Kadewere (24 years old) defines himself as "having the faith ".

"I had a dream of playing for Lyon"

However, in an interview with Téléfoot on Friday, the latter confided: “I had a dream two days ago in which I scored two goals in this derby.

“A hell of a prediction which is not a first between the Zimbabwean and OL.

"I have already indicated, by signing here, that I had a dream of playing for Lyon," he explains.

I believe in God a lot, and I knew it was going to happen.

I wanted the dream to come true and this is a very special moment for me.

"

Because yes, the striker is fully on the subject: "I need to make sure that I will dream before the matches because it could bring positive things".

Rudi Garcia seems to be saying the same thing for each of his new striker's appearances: “He deserves it, the man is appreciated by everyone, and then the player is quite complete.

He plays well with others, he has a good sense of the game and finisher qualities ”.

In these times of scarcity for Moussa Dembélé, who was refused two goals Sunday for offside (including a very severe), Tino Kadewere offered himself a divine entry at the best time.
