The official authority to monitor and record records around the world announced that it had monitored Mohsen’s march between 1979 and 2015 to officially announce him as a world title holder at the age of 51 years and 335 days.

This announcement came a few weeks after the announcement of the Egyptian player "Ezzedine Bahadur" as the oldest professional soccer player in the world, when he was documented at the age of 74 years and 125 days.

Abdul Mohsen - the son of Medina in Saudi Arabia, and the legend of Uhud Club - was born in 1963 and his career continued for 36 years during which he opened his treasuries for dozens of local, Gulf, Arab and Asian titles, and today, the world, Abdul Mohsen did not leave an age group unless he was crowned with at least a championship and scored A figure that would never be forgotten with 82 points in one game as a youngster.

Abdul Mohsen began his career with the first junior league at the level of Saudi Arabia in 1979, in which he won the third place, and in the youth class he achieved three championships in the Medina region, and in the Olympic category he won one championship, and when he was quickly promoted to the first team, he opened his locker to contain 15 championships for the Premier League, and 14 A cup, three elite tournaments, four Gulf championships, and third place in the Arab national teams championship in Lebanon.  

At the international level, Abdul Mohsen joined the Saudi national team in 1986 for the first time at the age of 20 years before retiring from international football in 2005, and won the Gulf Cup, King Abdullah International Championship in Jordan and the Arab Police Championship, and finished third in the Asian Championship.

At the individual level, he was not far from collective achievements, as he won the title of best Saudi player six times.

He was also awarded the AFC Basketball Federation medal for his contribution to the development of the game, and he was honored by the Omani Federation as the oldest player participating in the Gulf Cup in 2013, and he was honored by the Arab Federation in 2014 in Rabat for the same reason.

In the Elite Championship that was held in Saudi Arabia in 2004, he won the Championship Top Scorer Cup and Triple Scorer, the best Saudi player in the tournament, the best player in general in the tournament and the best player in the final, and that year concluded his most prominent year by winning the ideal player cup in the Arab Police Championship in Riyadh.
