Ferreira, Banega and Al-Mayouf are the best in October in the Saudi League

The technical team of the Saudi Professional League Soccer League has chosen Yannick Ferreira, the coach of Al-Fateh club, and Arghanyna Ever Banega, the player of Al-Shabab club, and Abdullah Al-Mayouf, the goalkeeper of Al-Hilal club, for the October preference award in the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Cup League (Saudi Professional League).

The official website of the Saudi League also revealed today, Wednesday, that Saud Abdul Hamid, a player for Al-Ittihad, won the first preference awards for promising players.

The association's website stated that Ferreira's technical team was selected for the best coach award, due to the levels presented by Al-Fateh team during the past three rounds, which gave his team the top of the standings with seven points, outperforming Al-Hilal, Al-Faisali and Al-Shabab, respectively.

The association added that the great levels presented by the Argentine star Banega with his youth club contributed to his selection of the preference award at the level of players, while Abdullah Al-Mayouf won the best goalkeeper award during the month, after he managed to protect his team's goal during the past three rounds, which resulted in receiving a goal. Wahid is in his net, and he kept clean sheets in two of the three meetings his team has fought so far.

The association explained that the technical team selected Ali Saud Abdel Hamid, the player of Al-Ittihad, for the Best Promising Player Award, which corresponds to the levels he presented with his team during the past rounds compared to the local promising players.
