Zamalek defender faces Raja with a "injured knee"

Egyptian media reports revealed that the medical apparatus in the Zamalek club gave the green light to international defender Mahmoud Hamdi, known as "Al-Winch", to participate in the Moroccan Raja match that will take place tomorrow evening in the semi-final second leg of the African Champions League.

Al-Wensh suffered a knee injury during the Ismaili match in the local league, after which rumors revealed that he suffered a cartilage cut.

The medical apparatus in Zamalek made attempts over the past few days to equip the player without surgical intervention by performing knee reinforcements inside the health club, so that these attempts were successful in the end by making the player ready for the meeting.

According to "On Sport", the Zamalek defender participated naturally in training, which prompted Portuguese coach Pacheco to include him in the list of candidates for the match.

After the end of his team's participation in the African Champions League, the player will leave for Germany to undergo knee surgery to ensure his speedy return to the stadiums.

It is noteworthy that Zamalek succeeded in defeating Raja in the latter's stadium with a goal without response, to become in need of a tie with any result or victory to cross to the final match and meet its traditional rivals Al-Ahly in the African Champions League final.
