The battle for European places in this year's Allsvenskan is fierce.

Before the 26th round, there was only a difference of three points between the second Djurgården and the sixth Hammarby.

In between were three points of 40 points, including IFK Norrköping and Elfsborg who met at Borås Arena.

So a lot at stake, and IFK Norrköping took the lead through Sead Haksabanovic.

On an indirect free kick, he powdered in 1-0 very nicely.

Elfsborg equalized in the 24th minute.

Simon Olsson caught the ball at the far post and placed 1-1 with his left foot.

With 20 minutes left in the game, Elfsborg got a penalty after Johan Larsson was pulled down.

That penalty was managed by Per Frick until 2-1.
