  2. Scientific classification and evaluation.

Based on the professional attributes and job requirements of coaches and sports protection divisions, the evaluation standards are formulated respectively.

Coaches focus on evaluating their ability to improve the athletic level of their coaches, while considering the characteristics of coaches in different positions, such as coaching objects, coaching content, etc., to classify and develop evaluation standards.

Sports protectionists focus on evaluating their ability to carry out sports injury prevention, assessment, first aid, treatment and rehabilitation guidance.

Focus on the professionalism, technicality, practicality, and creativity of sports professionals, and highlight the evaluation of representative results.

Representative results include coaching summary, sports equipment invention patents, sports protection cases, etc., without simple quantification.

Remove the restrictions that do not meet the development needs of the sports professional team, and do not make uniform requirements for thesis, foreign language and computer application capabilities.

  3. Highlight the actual contribution of the evaluation.

Sports professionals who have outstanding performance and made significant contributions can declare their professional titles exceptionally.

Elite athletes who engage in physical training and teaching after retirement may directly declare the title of coach at the corresponding level based on their athletic performance.

For overseas high-level sports talents and urgently needed sports talents, qualifications, length of service and other conditions can be appropriately relaxed in the evaluation of professional titles, and their overseas (foreign) work experience and achievements can be used as the basis for the evaluation of professional titles.

Sports professionals who have long been working in difficult and remote areas and on the front line at the grassroots level focus on their work performance. The requirements for academic qualifications and length of service can be appropriately relaxed in the evaluation of professional titles.

  4. Implement a combination of national standards, regional standards and unit standards.
