Ajman and Hatta failed to get out of a series of negative results in the Arab Gulf League, and were content with a draw without goals, yesterday, in the third round, to win each of them the first point in the competition.

The first half was technically poor, and most of that period of the match was confined to the midfield with some shy attempts on both sides.

The 29th minute almost witnessed the visitors' goal, with a header from its striker, Wylan Farias, which goalkeeper Ali Al Hosani brilliantly removed for a corner kick.

This half witnessed an attempt that was the closest to threatening Ahmed Dida's goal through Ghanaian William Oso, with a shot that went past the post.

The second half did not bring anything new, whether in terms of result or performance, but the nervousness was evident from the two teams, which prompted referee Yahya Al-Mulla to stop playing to calm the players.

Ajman seemed to have the most possession of the ball, but Hatta's defense succeeded in countering the orange team's attempts to reach the goal, especially from the sides.

Hatta was able to get out with a goal from the match as he had more than one chance through the counterattacks, but goalkeeper Ali Al Hosani succeeded in countering more than one attempt, the most dangerous of which was Abdullah Kazem's shot, which the goalkeeper hardly removed into a corner kick (73).
