I was very impressed with her style and way of judging, and her distinctive personality while leading matches.

She also said: “Arbitration added to me a lot, and through it I gained more experience in the field of match management, as well as more knowledge of arbitration law, and I preferred to be an assistant wisdom over the wisdom of the arena, because I find myself more in this position, and I also find great pleasure in following Offside cases in matches, and for me I am proud of my experience in the field of arbitration ».

Whether it is an assistant referee or a yard referee.

And about how to balance the family at home, between arbitration and work being an employee, she confirmed that at the beginning she was finding great difficulty in this regard, as she was not able to see her family much, given that she returned home at late times because of work, because her time starts from It is eight o'clock in the morning until four in the evening, and then her preoccupation with arbitration, whether by managing matches or training in the field of arbitration, to maintain her physical fitness, but she is currently adapting to this situation, noting that she found great understanding from her family due to her love for the field of arbitration.

Amal Jamal indicated that she is currently preparing to run the arbitration tests to run for the renewal of the international badge in arbitration by the FIFA, since the nomination for this takes place every year, and continuing to obtain the international badge depends on the arbitration performance and physical fitness tests, and she said that this matter is important Too much for her to fulfill her dream of refereeing the World Cup.

And she continued: “My arbitration level has evolved a lot from the previous one, given that I entered courses in the field of arbitration, and I became more understanding of the arbitration law, and I have a great culture in this field, and more experience in the field of match management, whether matches for the age groups for boys or girls.”

Amal Jamal considered that judging women's matches in football is more easy than managing matches for the age groups for boys, as the referee exerts less physical effort compared to boys' matches.
