Stéphane Bahoken, attacker of the SCO of Angers, was sentenced Wednesday to four months in prison suspended for violence, insults and death threats against his ex-partner and in another case, to three months suspended for a traffic offense, we learned from the prosecution.

The 28-year-old striker was taken into custody on Tuesday for domestic violence.

On Wednesday, he appeared before a representative of the Angers prosecutor's office as part of an appearance procedure on prior admission of guilt (CRPC) and admitted all the facts.

Bahoken was suspected of jostling, insults and threats against his companion, with whom he has a child, during confinement as well as during the month of October, the prosecution told AFP on Tuesday.

The victim was prescribed a one-day ITT.

A traffic violation also sanctioned

Sentenced to four months in prison and a 2,000 euros fine, he came out free.

The Angevin player was also summoned for a traffic violation committed in August.

He had crossed a white line and got angry with a motorist, in this case a police officer who was not on duty.

In this case, Stéphane Bahoken was prosecuted for “endangering the lives of others”.

He was sentenced to a fine of 6,750 euros and a three-month suspended prison sentence as well as a three-month license suspension.

Summoned in this case initially in December, the prosecution decided to advance the date of his appearance by linking the two procedures.
