No question here of a tribute to Stendhal but of a feast for the seriously ill in Split, Croatia, to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Torcida, a historic group of Hajduk ultras.
Smoke, fireworks and other pyrotechnic toys illuminated the city on Tuesday evening.

La Torcida was founded on October 28, 1950 and its creators were inspired by the Brazilians' passion for their Seleção during the 1950 World Cup (final lost at the Maracanã against Uruguay).
Apparently, the lesson of supporterism has been learned by their grandchildren.
