Successful debut of Schwartz at Dynamo

Dynamo played their first match under the leadership of the new head coach Sandro Schwartz.

Before the game against Sochi, the German had only one training session with the team.

However, this was enough for the blue and white to beat the southerners at home - 3: 1.

At the same time, the guests arrived in Moscow without Christian Noboa, who has received a muscle injury, who is leading the RPL scorers race with seven goals.

The teams exchanged goals scored already in the first half of the starting 45-minute.

Both scored after corner kicks.

As part of "Dynamo" his name on the scoreboard entered the midfielder of the youth team of Russia Daniil Lesovoy, and as part of "Sochi" - Slovenian Mikha Mevlya.

However, almost immediately, the best assistant of the blue and white Sebastian Shimanski scored the first goal in the current RPL season and brought his team forward.

And right after the break, Daniil Fomin scored his debut goal for the capital's team.

Moreover, the Russian could later make a double, but hit the post.

This is how Dynamo won their first victory under the leadership of Schwartz and beat Sochi for the first time in history.

Zenit's first home defeat in the RPL in almost two years

But a much more significant event took place in the next match of the 12th round, in which Zenit hosted Rubin.

It seemed that after an unexpected defeat to Club Brugge in the Champions League (1: 2), angry Petersburgers would not leave their opponents a chance, but instead they lost with a similar score.

Moreover, this home defeat in the Premier League was the first for the team in almost two years - since December 9, 2018.

And then the blue-white-blue also lost to Kazan with the same result - 1: 2.

This time, even the goal of Alexander Erokhin in the middle of the first half did not help the reigning champions.

By the way, the midfielder scored in the third round of the RPL in a row and in the list of the top scorers of the team with five accurate strikes he is second only to Artem Dzyuba and Serdar Azumun, who missed the reporting game due to malaise.

Rubin, however, bounced back at the end of the first half thanks to an accurate shot by Djordje Despotovic, who also scored the fifth goal in the current national championship.

And in the 69th minute, the victory was brought to the Kazan by the exact far corner of Darko Jevtich.

At the same time, two assists were given to partners by Soltmurad Bakaev, who replaced the disqualified Denis Makarov.

Leadership of "Spartak"

Zenit's misfire was immediately taken advantage of by Spartak, who on the road turned out to be stronger than the bloodshed Krasnodar (3: 1) and took a clear first place in the standings.

Southerners, on the other hand, on the eve of an important meeting, were left without Marcus Berg, Viktor Klasson and Yegor Sorokin, who had a fever.

As a result, the team had only three field players on the bench.

The red and white scored twice in the first half.

Ezequiel Ponce, who managed to recover from injury, opened the scoring.

The striker scored a goal in the third RPL match in a row and 18th in Spartak.

Thus, he became the most productive Argentine in the history of the club, ahead of Fernando Cavenaghi.

Next, the debut ball in the capital's team was scored by the Nigerian newcomer Victor Moses.

However, Krasnodar did not give up and in the second half pressed the opponent to the goal.

And in the 58th minute, debutant Leon Sabois, who came on as a substitute, reduced the lag of the hosts to a minimum.

In the future, they could well recoup, but Alexander Maksimenko, who made three saves, acted splendidly on the last line.

And the referee canceled the goal of Cayo Pantaleana due to violation of the rules by Alexander Martynovich.

Withdrew all the questions about the winner of the meeting in the end Jordan Larsson, who, like Ponce, scored the sixth goal in the current RPL season.

Substitute Alexander Kokorin gave him an effective pass.

The only fly in the ointment for Spartak was the injury of the captain Georgy Dzhikia, who had to be changed during the second half.

Sensational defeat of Lokomotiv

In general, an amazing regularity was observed in the 12th round of the RPL.

All teams representing Russia in the Champions League were defeated.

Even Lokomotiv awaited a fiasco, which took the last place, Rotor - 1: 2.

Moreover, for Volgograd residents this victory in the Premier League was the first in more than 16 years.

The last time they scored three points in the top division of the Russian championship on September 25, 2004 in a home meeting with Rostov - 3: 2.

And a week before that match, Rotor also sensationally outplayed Lokomotiv in Cherkizovo with a minimum score.

This time, the team's most important three points were scored by rookie legionnaires Flamarion and Andres Ponce.

The first from the penalty spot in the middle of the first half failed to beat Marinato Guilherme, but he finished off the ball on target.

And the second was marked with a beautiful blow a minute after appearing on the field.

Dmitry Rybchinsky scored a goal for Lokomotiv.

In the end, the railroad workers also earned a penalty, but substitute Anton Miranchuk shot into the post.

He was the first to finish, but the judge did not count this goal.

Due to passive offside positions with partners in the end, he did not count the balls of Oleg Kozhemyakin with Grzegorz Krychowiak.

And the Pole in stoppage time received a second yellow card for hitting an opponent in the face.

Second consecutive zero game for Ryzhikov

And the least productive match of the tour took place on Sunday in Yekaterinburg, where the neighbors in the standings Ural and Tambov did not manage to hit each other's goal.

During the entire game, the teams struck only seven shots, only two of which were on target.

However, the Tambovites were rather satisfied with the result, since they managed to extend the unbeaten run in the RPL to three meetings.

And the 40-year-old goalkeeper of the guests Sergey Ryzhikov spent the second match in the championship in a row to zero.

In turn, Yekaterinburg residents, on the contrary, do not know victories over the course of five rounds, and in this segment they scored only two points.

Khimki's two goals in extra time

The main sensation of the tour was created by those who returned to the Premier League after a long absence of Khimki.

The Moscow Region team outplayed Rostov (2: 0), which in case of victory could reduce the gap to Zenit to one point.

Valery Karpin's wards were close to achieving their goal, but they did not manage to break through Ilya Lantratov, who had a great match.

The 24-year-old goalkeeper chalked up seven saves at once.

Guests in the middle of the first half almost earned a penalty.

Sergei Pesyakov knocked down Reziuan Mirzov in his own penalty area, and referee Vasily Kazartsev pointed to the “point”.

However, after watching the replay, the referee changed his decision and showed the midfielder a yellow card for the simulation.

And in the 71st minute Kazartsev showed a red card to the footballer of "Rostov" Roman Eremenko for playing with a straight leg in the thigh of an opponent.

However, Karpin disagreed with the referee's verdict and after the final whistle said that his ward did not even see the opponent, trying to be the first to be on the ball.

As a result, being in the minority, Rostov conceded twice in stoppage time.

Decided the outcome of the meeting in favor of Khimki Mirzov.

Resiuan moved into the penalty area from the left flank, beating three rivals on the way, and from a rather acute angle struck Pesyakova under the supporting leg.

The point was put by Brian Idova, who managed to excel in the second championship match in a row.

At the same time, the defender scored only six goals throughout his career.

Berisha's double after birthday

If Rostov lost points in the minority, then Akhmat, on the contrary, snatched a victory in the match with Ufa (3: 1), which has recently been headed by former Grozny mentor Rashid Rakhimov.

The Chechen team started the game successfully and already in the 14th minute opened the scoring thanks to Bernard Berisha's accurate penalty kick.

However, the second half began extremely unsuccessfully for the hosts.

First, Azer Aliyev restored the status quo on the scoreboard, and then Andrei Semyonov received a second yellow card.

However, with ten men, “Akhmat” managed to hit the gates of Alexander Belenov twice, and Berisha was involved in both goals, who on the eve of the match met his 29th birthday.

The Kosovar player helped Vladimir Ilyin to distinguish himself and realized one-on-one.

Now, in the current RPL season, he has the same number of goals as Ilyin - four.

Five CSKA goals against Arsenal

Finally, in the final match of the round, CSKA defeated Arsenal at home (5: 1) and moved up to second in the standings, beating Zenit.

Despite the final result, the army team could not score for a long time and opened the scoring only in the time added by the referee to the first half from the penalty spot.

The penalty kick was scored by Fyodor Chalov, who scored the first goal of the season and upset the Tula for the seventh time (this is his favorite opponent in terms of goals).

Immediately after the break, Nikola Vlašić came to the fore, scoring a double with two beautiful blows within nine minutes.

To him, the Croat added an assist to the substitute Ragnar Sigurdsson.

Thus, the midfielder caught up with Larsson in terms of the number of points for performance.

With ten points, footballers lead the league in this indicator.

On account of Nikola six goals and four assists.

Ivan Oblyakov put an end to the match.

The only fly in the ointment for CSKA was a curious goal by Luka Djordjevic in the 78th minute.

Igor Akinfeev imprudently played at the exit and allowed the Montenegrin to send the ball on target.

Thus, the experienced goalkeeper ruined his anniversary, because this meeting became his 650th in CSKA in all tournaments.
