Only three losses in 17 games.

That is Amir Azrafshans, 33, the result since he took over Östersunds FK.

The team has lifted from the bottom to a middle team.

- It is very clear how we should act both the defensive game and the attacking game and then they will be quite easy to take on the task, says Amir Azrafshan.

Azrafshan is not a traditional football coach, he has a degree in cognitive neuroscience and philosophy and that is something that is reflected in his leadership.

Development on the human level is at least as important as development on the football field.

- Respect and values are something that people lean towards, that is why you care so much about your own family because it is based on values.

As a football coach, Amir is not the traditional type directly, he rarely points with his whole hand but involves the entire coaching staff in his decisions.

He finds inspiration in his leadership in people in science and philosophy.

- It's everything from Niels Bohr to Krishnamurti, Buddha and Einstein.

I always try to find a scientific basis in everything we do, says Amir Azrafshan.

Amir's slightly different methods have created some attention lately as the form of meditation that he has introduced among leaders and players has roots in the controversial TM movement, Transcendental Meditation.

But Amir sees nothing strange in it.

- The players have only been positive about it, says Amir Azrafshan.
