Transferring the match between Al-Ahly and Moroccan Wydad in the African Champions League to Cairo

 Brigadier General Mohamed Morgan, Executive Director of the Egyptian Al-Ahly Club, announced the transfer of the first-team football match against Moroccan Wydad in the second leg of the African Champions League semi-final round scheduled for next Friday from the Egyptian Army Stadium in Burj Al Arab to Cairo Stadium.

Mohamed Morgan said in exclusive statements to the German News Agency (dpa) today, Saturday, that the Al-Ahly administration succeeded in moving the match to be held in the capital Cairo, within the framework of the great role that the Egyptian authorities play with all their apparatus in facilitating the task of the Egyptian teams in the continental championships, especially Al-Ahly.

He added that his club received today, Saturday, a letter from the Confederation of African Football, in which the latter confirms the holding of the second leg of the semi-final of the African Champions League against Moroccan Wydad next Friday at Cairo Stadium.

Al-Ahly will play its counterpart Wydad this Saturday evening in the semi-final first leg at the Mohammed V Stadium in Casablanca.
