Now Malmö is not in a crisis right away as the table is limping and most teams have played two more matches.

But there is no doubt that Luleå is a top team.

The team started immediately and took the lead with 3-0 in the first period and had 15-3 in shots in the rather nice match.

Controlled Luleå

In the second period, the game leveled off somewhat, but Luleå controlled the events and it was an intermediate period in a double sense.

Malmö's Ponthus Westerholm made the match a bit exciting as he reduced with a direct shot from the left technical circle four minutes into the third period.

The goal served as an alarm clock for Luleå who started a press that resulted in 4-1 just three minutes later.

A new reduction puck with 5.30 left heated up the finish a bit.
