In Italian Serie A, Genoa is the club that has been hit hardest with 22 confirmed cases within the club.

Now the team's first goalkeeper and Italian national team goalkeeper Mattia Perin comes with a controversial statement.

- I am still convinced that everything (the virus) was created in a laboratory and transmitted from animals, says Perin, who was Genoa's first corona infected, to La Repubblica.

Genoa has, from several Italian media, been accused of being the club that spread the virus in football.

- I am not the one who brought the infection further into Italian football, says Perin.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic is back after his corona quarantine and his Milan will face Inter in the "Derby della Madonnina" on Saturday.

Inter have suffered three corona falls before the match.
