According to the Gazzetta dello Sport, six more Juventus players have broken the quarantine rules and are now being investigated by the Turin police.

The seven risk being fined.

The entire team was forced into quarantine after two club employees tested positive for the corona virus before the national team break.

According to Italian law, the seven players would have self-isolated in a hotel in Turin.

Six of them chose instead to go on national team assignments in their respective home countries.

Juventus chairman Andrea Agnelli does not believe that the players have done anything wrong.

- We told the players that those who wanted to could go home and self-isolate themselves.

They get to decide for themselves, they are free citizens, he says.

Paulo Dybala, Rodrigo Bentancur, Juan Cuadrado, Danilo, Ronaldo and Merih Demiral went to their respective home countries, while Gianluigi Buffon went to his house.

Swedish national team player Dejan Kulusevski followed the quarantine rules and therefore missed the international match against Russia.
