Between brutal managerial methods and accusations of moral or sexual harassment, the president of the body, Noël Le Graët, announces an audit on personnel management.

On the front of the stage, there are Blues who shine, like Wednesday night in Croatia (2-1) and who fill the trophy cupboard.

In a large survey published Wednesday, the

New York Times

indeed reports a deleterious climate within the FFF.

The daily speaks of "toxic corporate culture", with testimonies and accusations of moral and sexual harassment in support.

More importantly, many women claim to be victims of sexual comments and comments about their appearance.

The article recalls that a complaint had been filed against the financial director for inappropriate behavior during a party given on the sidelines of the World Cup in Moscow in 2018. The police investigation had ruled out sexual harassment.

The

New York Times

also reveals that during a drunken evening at Clairefontaine, two managers would have entered a colleague's room in the middle of the night without her permission.

Some people have reportedly told the president of the federation of their unease, of their loss of confidence.

The message seems to have been heard by Noël Le Graët, who therefore decided according to the American newspaper to launch an audit on the staff, entrusted to an independent firm.

The president of the FFF will also conduct many individual interviews to put an end to this situation.
