Officially fixing Mortada Mansour's punishment ... Zamalek Club is invited to choose a new president
Yesterday, the deadline set by the Egyptian Olympic Committee for the president of the Zamalek club, Counselor Mortada Mansour, to appeal the decision to freeze his sporting activity for the next four years, to officially become outside the walls of Zamalek Club and away from the decision circle as a representative of the club.
The Secretary-General of the Egyptian Olympic Committee, Eng. Sherif El-Erian, said that Murtaza Mansour lost the opportunities to litigate and contest athletically, according to the organization's regulations and in force in sports and according to what was stated in the code of conduct on which the Olympic committee relied in issuing its previous decisions, according to what was reported by Al-Youm Al-Sabea newspaper.
The Egyptian Olympic Committee sent a letter to all sports federations, requesting that all disciplinary and disciplinary measures be taken in accordance with the rules and principles of the Olympic Charter, and the bylaws of the statute of every federation that is a member of the Olympic Committee, with regard to the violation of Mortada Mansour, President of the Zamalek Club, by resorting to the Administrative Court of the Council The state is in a sports dispute.
Mortada Mansour filed a lawsuit before the Administrative Judicial Court of the State Council, demanding the suspension of the decision issued by the Olympic Committee, the judge to compel the management of the Zamalek Club to call for a general assembly to elect a new president for the club, instead of Mortada Mansour, who was suspended from any sporting activity for four years.
The case, bearing No. 2015, was concluded by the Minister of Youth and Sports and the Executive Director of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and Hisham Hatab, Chairman of the Egyptian Olympic Committee.
