The 36-year-old was sentenced in 2017 to nine years in prison in Italy for a gang rape of a woman in Milan in 2013, while playing for AC Milan.
However, Robinho has escaped the prison sentence because he has not been in Italy since the sentence was handed down.
He left Milan in 2015 and has since played football in China and Turkey.
And he escapes once again as Brazilian law does not allow the extradition of its own citizens.
Robinho has previously in his career played for Real Madrid and Manchester City, and has made 100 international appearances for Brazil.
