Soccer: Is Roman Zozulia a neo-Nazi or a patron of the People's Army?
The
Permanent Commission of the State Commission against Violence, Racism, Xenophobia and Intolerance in Sports
has proposed a
60,001 euro
fine to
Rayo Vallecano
for the incidents of December 15 in his match against
Albacete
, which was suspended after the dispute of the first half.
The agency indicated that this request is due to its qualification as '
very serious
', "due to the deficiencies registered in said meeting in relation to the
control measures
of access for spectators and not following the provisions of the governmental authorities when allowing the introduction and deployment, in different phases of the first part of the meeting, of four large banners without having previously informed the Security coordinator and not providing the certificates of being made with fireproof materials ".
It should be remembered that that match was marked by the return to
Vallecas
of the Ukrainian
Roman Zozulia
and that it was suspended at the request of
Albacete
after the first half due to the insults, chants and banners of the local fans to the visiting player.
The resumption was played on June 10.
