Al Ain coach hopes that his players will return from the national team without injuries

Al Ain coach, Portuguese Pedro Emmanuel, expressed his fear that the players of his team participating in the national football team camp would be injured at a time when the "leader" is looking to be a direct competitor for the title of the Arab Gulf League competition.

The coach said in a press conference today that he wants all players to return to their full physical preparedness, before the start of the league competition in the middle of this month.

Al Ain is preparing to face Khor Fakkan on Friday at the start of the Arabian Gulf Cup.

Pedro said that every coach in the world aspires to ensure that all the players of his team are in complete safety, away from various injuries, and added: "We hope that the players will return while they are fully prepared because the time is difficult, especially since the national team rally comes before the start of the season."

On the status of Togolese, Lapa Kodjo indicated that he will return to receive treatment in the country under the supervision of the medical staff of Al Ain Club, indicating at the same time that the Angolan professional Wilson Eduardo will be available to participate in the Khorfakkan match.
