HV71 is the team that many see as the challenger behind the two big favorites Luleå and Brynäs in SDHL.

Before today's matches, however, the Jönköping team was only in fifth place after yesterday's loss against Brynäs.

But today they showed part of last year's efficiency from the beginning and dominated in the meeting with Leksand and won 6-0.

- It's nice with a win after yesterday's loss and of course very nice that we get to score some goals, says HV71's Anna Kjellbin in SVT's broadcast after the match.

- We took with us the pace from the match yesterday, we had very good positions there as well but maybe it was not the same bounce with the pucks.

"Of course you are frustrated"

And bouncing right did it - especially for the Canadian Danielle Stone who accounted for three goals on shooting returns in the match.

Something Leksand coach Lars Stenmark was not completely happy with.

- We said before the match that we wanted to win the match in front of goal and we do not do that today.

Of course you are a little frustrated but we see it as a lesson at the same time, says Stenmark in SVT's broadcast.

"A location that suits us"

The match delicacy was otherwise Anna Borgqvist's first goal of the season.

Borgqvist released a quick wrist shot that sat right up in the front cross from the right technical circle, a goal that meant 2-0.

HV71's victory means that they are now behind the two teams most talked about, Brynäs and Luleå.

- It is a situation that suits us, I think.

We like to be underdogs and as I see it, it is in the playoffs that it matters, says Anna Kjellbin.
