The chances of seeing Alina Zagitova on the ice continue to diminish this season.

The International Skating Union (ISU) carried out the distribution of skaters according to the Grand Prix stages, and the athlete was not among the participants of the Russian stage, which will be held in Moscow from November 20 to 22.

There are still two free places in the published application, but there is a high probability that they will go to someone from the promising figure skaters of the Russian national team.

Zagitova cannot be declared for other stages, since this year the Grand Prix is held in the format of national starts.

Now Zagitova continues to train, however, according to the athlete herself, now in her life "something else has appeared besides figure skating."

“On Mondays I go to the university, then I go to trainings and train until the evening.

And if there is no study, then the schedule is usual - from nine to seven in the evening I'm at the rink.

Nothing has changed for me, I just add something new ... I develop not only in sports.

But I want to keep fit so that I can be ready at any time.

I do not force myself to go to training, ”Zagitova told Channel One.

At the same time, the Olympic champion declares that she does not intend to leave her favorite sport yet.

“Figure skating is my life.

Without this, I don't know what to do at all.

Therefore, now I am learning something new, with the coaches we find all sorts of tricks.

Trying to take on everything I have.

It is difficult, because after training you still have to go somewhere else, but I like the variety - there is no house-ice-house routine, ”Zagitova added.

The fact that the athlete continues to train was also announced by the former skater Daria Panenkova, who was engaged in the group of Eteri Tutberidze.

“As far as I know, Alina is training.

When he has time between filming and classes.

During the Olympic season, she had five to six hours, six days a week.

Perhaps he walks on the morning ice, then runs away.

I don’t exclude it, ”Panenkova told Sport-Express.

A significant part of the time in the life of Zagitova is now occupied by filming in the show "Ice Age".

“In training it is difficult physically, but here it is morally difficult.

Difficult everywhere in its own way.

This is a new experience for me and in general a different role.

I'm not here as an athlete, but as a presenter.

When something new, you always start to worry more.

But I think that gradually this excitement will go away, and in the end it will not be at all ... Of course, the experience has become more, and now I already more or less know everyone, it has become easier to interview.

Now everything is interesting to me, I am like a curious Varvara: I ask everyone everything.

It seems to me that I even poddolbal everyone a little bit, tired.

But this is my job now, ”Zagitova described her condition.

On the air of the "Evening Urgant" program, the skater said that she was especially active in staging a speech.

To do this, she had to resort to the help of a tutor.

“The tutor asks me to talk with a plug in my mouth wherever there is an opportunity.

I am driving in the car with my mother, I put this plug in my mouth and start speaking tongue twisters or go through the text.

This is necessary for the lips to be developed.

The tutor says that I have “lazy” lips, so I train them, ”the athlete said about her studies.

Earlier, Zagitova was criticized for her speech by the three-time Olympic champion Irina Rodnina.

She said that she would not watch the episodes with the student Eteri Tutberidze, as she was "not interested in Muma of figure skating."

The skater participates in the filming of "Ice Age" together with the experienced leading and Olympic champion Alexei Yagudin.

The athlete admitted that, although they are colleagues, she cannot turn to him on "you" because of her upbringing.

"I can not.

I was raised in such a way.

I live in a Muslim family, it is customary for the older generation to say "you," explained Zagitova.

In "Evening Urgant" the skater also told how she got a driver's license.

According to her, the driving test was an ordeal for her.

“I took the exam right after my birthday.

Naturally, my knees were shaking, I did not understand what to do.

When I went to the theory, a strict uncle said, who does not pass the exam, he goes and does what he wants.

I was so scared.

It is important for me that I hand over everything myself and that no one helps me.

I'm so calmer.

As a result, I passed.

I had one mistake, then five additional questions, and there were no mistakes to be made, ”Zagitova said, adding that she had learned to use a manual transmission.
