The Binckbank Tour added an 8-kilometer time trial in Riemst, Belgium, to the stage schedule on Wednesday.
Due to stricter corona measures, it was announced on Tuesday evening that two Dutch journeys will be canceled.
Instead of the Friday stage that would finish in the municipality of Sittard-Geleen, a short time trial will be held on the third day in Riemst - just across the border from Maastricht.
Riemst would initially act as the start of the stage.
It was also decided that the third stage will start on Thursday in Aalter, Flanders, which also serves as the finish location.
The ride would initially start in Philippine in Zeeland.
As a result, the stage race has only been shortened by one stage;
only Wednesday's time trial has been canceled.
'We are very grateful to Aalter and Riemst'

"It promises to be a great time trial in Belgian Limburg. With the help of both Aalter and Riemst, we managed to continue the BinckBank Tour in a good half day. From tomorrow afternoon, the riders will be able to do it again for three days and get it. presented them with just as many different rides. "
The first stage of the stage race was held on Tuesday.
Jasper Philipsen sprinted to victory in Ardooie, Belgium and will wear the leader's jersey on Thursday.
