Jack Thurin, who made his handball league debut as a 17-year-old, had a great evening.

The 21-year-old was the home team's most dangerous weapon going forward.

Thurin, who made his debut for the national team in 2019, pushed seven balls forward.

But it did not help the players in IFK Skövde to give coach Henrik Signell the fourth straight victory in the beginning of the Handball League.

It was an odd goal loss against Ystads IF, 24-25.

- We are far too inefficient.

Then we concede 25 goals.

We are burning far too good positions, says IFK Skövde's Richard Hanisch to C More.

Skövde started strongest

IFK Skövde, who were full of confidence after three straight wins, got off to a flying start at home.

After nine minutes, the team was in the lead with 6-1.

A bit into the first half, the distance to Ystad IF was safe as the score was 10-6.

But Skåneklubben ate into the match.

When it was time for half time, Skövde's lead had shrunk to 13-12.

In the second half it was extremely even, both teams followed each other.

In the end, Ystads IF was the strongest.

The away team won by 25-24.
